Description The Chambers family founded their winery in 1858 and Stephen Chambers is the sixth generation of his family to make the wine. This naturally sweet wine is fortified after fermentation and then racked into old oak casks, where they are keep as single vintage and single vineyard parcels until blending. The result is a delicious dessert wine with layers of intense raisin muscat fruit with notes of fig and orange peel.
