Vineyard & Winemaking: This is their “Signature” organic Côtes du Rhône Rouge, a blend of Grenache and Syrah sourced from chalk soils around the town of Orange to capture purity and freshness. A limited amount of oak ageing adds an extra dimension of complexity. Tasting Notes: A fragrant nose of blackberry and black pepper fruit, the palate is supple and smooth with lashings of spicy red and black fruits.
