Ulula de Esteban Martin, Garnacha, Syrah.

Ulula Garnacha Syrah is a bright, organically farmed blend that leans into freshness rather than weight. The winemaking is deliberately restrained, keeping extraction modest and letting the fruit stay clean and vivid. It’s a straightforward, honest style that avoids the heaviness often found in similar blends. Red cherry, raspberry, and a touch of blackberry from the Syrah, with a light herbal lift.  Medium‑bodied with soft tannins and a gently savoury edge that keeps the fruit in check. The wine spends 3 months in oak and has a nice, toasty, spicy, cocoa finish.
