Their focus lies on the high, north-facing slopes of the Aigialia Mountains, where poor soils, altitude and exposure combine to create an unmatched cool climate district and allow for the creation of the distinctive wines of Kanakaris. Vineyard & Winemaking: The Malagousia for this wine comes from a local clone and is hand harvested from these elevated vineyards before fermentation in stainless steel, preserving aromatic purity and natural balance.
