Clear Ball Mason Jars Quart

Description Vintage wide mouth quart clear Ball mason jars with a metal screw top lid. The jars are fitted with a zinc screw-on lid, a classic feature for jars from this era. Features the “Ball” script logo with the word “SPECIAL” embossed below it. ‘Made In USA’ is embossed at the base of the jar. On the back are embossed vertical “gripper” lines or ribbing to provide a better hold. These “Special” wide-mouth jars were generally produced between 1933 and 1962. Some specific ribbed variations date back to the 1910s–1920s.
