USA defaced coin die 1995

USA, defaced coin die, 1995, Olympic cyclists, it was packed in black foam by the mint, some of which deteriorated and staines the sides of the die. The striking surface is protected with a custom made plastic cap, comes with the original packing material. The striking surface is perfect and probably was never used.
