Australian WW2 trench art ash tray and plane. This is an interesting item of Ausie history that we recently acquired directly from the makers son. The family have made the decision to move it onto a collector who will treasure the item. They have supplied a letter with the makers name and service number as well as the story behind it. Please note, this letter is not intended to prove provenance. It has been added for their family history and it is hoped that it will be kept with the item and not forgotten in time. It is a veterans story as he told it to his son and a remarkable item. Both items are included in the price. They are in good condition with the larger plane being able to rotate around.
