Layaway – Frequently Asked Questions

What is a layaway plan?
Our layaway plan allows you to reserve items and spread the cost over an agreed period, making it easier to purchase higher-value or multiple items.

How much is the deposit?
A non-refundable deposit of 10% or £10 (whichever is greater) is required to secure your order.

Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are non-refundable, as the item(s) are removed from sale and reserved specifically for you.

How long can I spread the payments over?
Payment terms are flexible and agreed individually. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your circumstances.

How can I make payments?
Payments can be made in several ways for your convenience. We can issue a PayPal invoice, which allows you to pay in instalments. You’re also welcome to call us to make a card payment, or pay by bank transfer or cheque.

Do I have to pay in instalments?
No. After paying the deposit, you may either:

  • pay the remaining balance in regular instalments, or

  • settle the full balance in one lump sum at the end of the agreed term.

Are there any extra fees or interest?
No. Our layaway plans are interest-free, with no hidden charges.

When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Can I pay off my layaway early?
Yes, you are welcome to pay off the balance early at any time.

What happens if I miss a payment?
If you’re having difficulty making a payment, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re happy to discuss options. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation, with the deposit being forfeited.

Can I add more items to an existing layaway?
In many cases, yes. Please contact us to discuss adding additional items to your current plan.
